Biography
Dr. Trent J. Burrup is a certified Master Firewalk Instructor through the Firewalking Institute of Research and Education (F.I.R.E.). His first firewalk was in 2005 and it was such a life changing experience that he became a certified instructor in order to help others have a similar life changing experience.

Dr. Burrup graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2000 as a chiropractic physician and founded the Institute of Chiropractic & Acupuncture Therapy in 2002; an integrative health care clinic focused on addressing the cause of illness and disease. Seeing the influence that an effective firewalking seminar can have on impacting the mental and emotional aspects of the body - through helping one overcome fears and limiting beliefs, realizing the power of the mind, recognizing the impact of positive and negative thinking on one's health, life, and attitude, etc. - becoming a firewalk instructor was a perfect fit for his practice.

He has walked on coals hundreds of times and founded Quantum Step, Inc. to offer personal growth and firewalking seminars to the public (Why Quantum Step? The most difficult step in achieving one's goals and dreams is often the first but it is a Quantum Step that can ignite transformation like no other - especially at a firewalk). He has developed different personal growth, corporate, and firewalk classes to meet the many different needs of participants.
