In turn, he is Trainer of Paul Ekman International and facilitator of Coaching and NLP programs with its creators, Tim Gallwey and Frank Pucelik. He also has the title of Master Instructor in Firewalking, formed by the CEO of Firewalking Institute of Research and Education, Charles Horton. Master in Transpersonal Psychology and MBA at the University of Houston. His extensive training and career include a BA from Saint Louis University (MO) with Magna Cum Laude. He is also the creator of the Brand coaching concept – Personal Brand development through Coaching. He has written 3 books on Coaching and Personal Development.
His life mission is to feel full and to be able to help people and companies find themselves, managing the changes necessary to achieve excellence, enjoying the process of well-being and inner peace. He has always been a tireless seeker since he was a child. He is the youngest of 4 siblings and is defined as authentic, honest and passionate. At the age of 13, he asked his parents to travel to England to learn English seeking to understand the lyrics of the songs of his favorite musical groups (Depeche Mode, REM, The Cure). At the age of 21, he finished an MBA in Houston and instantly found work as Product Manager at Kraft Foods. At that time he felt happy and successful; Everything was going well and from there began a long and successful Marketing career.
However, the tension to continue improving and giving successful results in an extremely inhuman and competitive environment brought the first symptoms of illness due to high levels of stress and anxiety. Looking for answers to these symptoms, Enrique began what would be a long search for answers and the why everything he was experiencing. From there, the necessary interest was born to start reading and studying about emotions, human behavior, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychology and ended up in NLP, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching. So, after two decades of work in the world of Marketing, and in multinational environments where he redefined established brands such as Kraft, Milka, Philadelphia, Camel, Winston, among others and created new brands such as ONO, Ya.com, Orange.
In 2008 he jumped out of his comfort zone, a good salary, the position he exercised in his work and undertook the best trip of his life; that of his own self-knowledge. From the beginning, he started his coaching project and developed several plans with different partners. After a hard first year, with some successes, he founded what was previously known as D’Arte Coaching and Craft Training; what has now been transformed into D’Arte Human & Business School; a coaching company dedicated to forming Professional Coaches bearing the banner “the world needs people who love what they do”. He created the Brandcoaching model, a model that associates the benefits of Coaching and the wisdom of Brands and Marketing.
